Fast Track Properties is spearheaded by building engineer Richard Hall (BSc (Hons)) who on arriving in the Almeria region of Spain identified an indisputable lack of professional service and project management for the build of new villas, which frequently resulted in a poor quality construction, and many, many dissatisfied customers.

It soon became apparent that a multi-lingual project management team was the solution to ensuring that both parties, the client and the builder, were more than happy at the completion of the project. As a result Fast Track Properties was born……

Fast Track Properties now has over three year's estates and building experience in Spain in the regions of Almeria and Murcia .

The core of Fast Track Properties work is the design and construction of new houses to specific client requirements. With our hands on approach, and a dynamically selected team, we offer the client a home built to an agreed structure, build schedule, and within budget to a British Standard of Quality.

Due to our outstanding success in this unique new way of thinking Fast Track Properties have also received many enquiries into the buying and resale of existing properties, which resulted in the development of the Estates side of the company.

With the resale properties we aim to provide the client with the right property, for the right price, and do not believe in “hard-sell” tactics. We believe that the client knows what they want, and will buy it, when they see it.
